A committed and an award-winning Global Human Resources Executive, I have extensive experience leading HR teams in Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and global conglomerates. My track record reflects excellence in overseeing all aspects of the HR function. I consider myself an HR business alchemist.
I conceived InGenius HR Smart Solutions, as an extension and “ethos” of my successful HR career, to assist small to medium businesses and professionals solve their day-to-day issues. This consultancy now has grown into creating impactful HR best practices in all segments of the employee lifecycle that are resolute in making the “people component” thrive. Along the way, I have brought over “InGenius” Consultants who offer business services in a variety of capabilities outside of HR. Such capabilities range from strategic planning, supply chain management, business process optimization to WorkDay Advisory partners and other Human Capital Management Systems experts.
